Poindexter Mosby-Mary Woodson-Bedford VA

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a portion of my Mosby
genealogy. My earliest proven Mosby is my ggg grandfather Zebulon Mosby
who was married to a Catherine Turpin. Zebulon probably came to Pike
County, Missouri in 1847 with his brother-in-law John Willis Turpin and
(an assumed sister or aunt) Mildred A. (Mosby) Turpin. The 1850 Census
for Lincoln County, MO which is next to Pike County lists Nancy,
Middlebury (probably Littleberry), and Sarah V. Mosely (probably Mosby)
as staying with them. In the census Nancy is old enough to be
Nancy (Sledd) Mosby who was married to Poindexter Mosby. All of these
people were from Bedford County, Virginia. My question is; were Zebulon
Mosby (b. abt 1832), Sarah Virginia Mosby (b. abt 1838), and Littleberry
(b. abt 1830) the children of Poindexter and Nancy (Sledd) Mosby of
Bedford County, VA. Any information would be appreciated.
