Hi Karen---I have found out quite a bit about Daniel Mosby's family since I posted that message----thanks to a few research trips. I can go back several generations with the Mosby family, and yes, Daniel's wife was Elizabeth Mosby, his first cousin. I now am looking for more information about his mother, Jerusha Bowles. Tell me your interest in Daniel and I'll be happy to provide you with any information I have that could be helpful for you. I have several marriage record documents, and a lot of information from a book THE MOSBY FAMILY HISTORY. I think your Robert, born 1787 might be a son of Daniel rather than of Samuel. Daniel and Eliz. were married in 1774. Both he and his father had sons named Robert. You can email me at mfilkins@chibardun.net. Mary Ellen
