Frances, I'm getting really tired this after soon/ have been working on the Mosby project about 40 yrs. There are several Sallie's in the realy period.I will not have time until late summer to search through stuff/ trying to finish up Colonial Dames/BUT/comes to my mind at this second/ officer(Sr. & Jr.)LIttleberry Mosby in the cival war were moving around in that area/because lots of my family were just over the Florida line at Sedar Keys/Alley/Mosby/Dickinson/Hewitt/lots of va. soldiers stayed in that area on the gulf coast side.Researching college paper in 1980"s in Fla. and stumbled into all of these soldiers/ almost fainted that saturday afternoon/ worst thing the lady closed the museum and wouldn't let me have a look see. There is even a book of poems by John Hill Hewitt on the DeSota Trail and all of those beautiful cedars. Hope this helps some/I've found out/back up /look in other direction when hitting that wall. Always Nancilee PO Box 9763 Richmond, Va. 23228
