[Concerning your MOSBY ancestors in Platte and Clay Counties in Missouri.]

My MOSBY ancestors resided in both Platte and Clay Counties in Missouri from around 1829 up until 1864 -- they moved to Shawnee County, Kansas in late 1864. I've seen a few references (in obituaries mostly) that my MOSBY ancestors came to Missouri from Kentucky but, so far nothing that specifically points to Woodford County. Do you know approximately what year your MOSBYs moved to Missouri from Kentucky and to what city in Missouri they settled?
