Chad,
I talked with my mother yesterday, and she really couldn't tell me too much. Mother is 88 and Henry Franklin Mosby was her first cousin. She said she remembered seeing Henry only a few times when they were young. They didn't have transportation when she was a child, and Henry did not live close by. She said that Henry had married a girl named Molly and she thought he had a couple of boys. She also thought that Henry and Molly had separated. This must be your Mollie Donley.
Henry's siblings were: Ida Belle Mosby Burns, b. 22 Dec 1894 and Mary A. Mosby Isom, b. 19 Nov 1896. There may have been other children, but that is all I have listed. Henry's parents were William Alexander Mosby, Jr. b. Nov 1867, died 4 Aug 1899, and Dink Stepp. They were married on 13 Jan 1892. Dink Stepp remarried a Spivey after her husband died. I am not sure that I have the correct spelling for Dink Stepp. The family was from Desha County.
That is all the info I have on Henry Franklin. I do have a little bit more on the family tree if you are interested.
Wanda
