nancilee Allen: I have been reading your post's on John S Mosby You have a lots of facts that don't match what i have found. what I have found is putting in abt dates from memory Edward "Edd" Mosby b. abt. 1600 --- Richard Mosby b. abt 1630 He and Edd come from England (one time you said that you may have found the time and date yourself but you never posted on it yet abt. 1625 to 1635 ?) can not find ship or passenger list. next is Edward Mosby b. abt 1660 Mother possibly Judith Parsons b.abt 1640, ward of Edd mosby from 1656 wntil his death
Edward had 8 children John Sr, Robert, Benjamin, Joseph,
Agnes, Hezekiah, Jacob, And Richard that m. Hannah Hand.
Hezehiah b. 1694/95 m. Elizabeth Cox. had 8 kids (Nicholas is my line) Daniel b. 1747 m. Sarah Hankings Harris, they had abt 4 kids John H Mosby , William H , Mary 'polly', (?) , John H m.Jane Ware son Alfred Daniels
mosby b. abt 1809 m.Virginia McLaurine next is John S Mosby and William H Mosby. I went to John S mosby site on web and found his ansestors. have been searching for a long tine. Lots of researchers have Sarah Hankins Harris Married to two different Daniel's . I hope this helps you John
