Since I don't know how to remove this post, I will correct the information I had at the time I posted it. I have discovered that Samuel Wade Mosby is the son of Bernard Mosby and Emerine Tillery. He was b. June 1855 in Clay County, Missouri. In 1860 he is on the census with his family in Liberty Twp, Clay, Missouri. In 1870, he is on the census with his mother and stepfather (George Dressler) in Fremont County, Iowa. In 1880 he is with his wife Sarah Clark in Tooele County, Utah. She was b. in Leicester, England, and perhaps former searchers presumed he was also.
I still would love to hear from anyone with a connection to this family. Thanks, Judy
