I have found a John B.Perkins b. abt. 1820 on
the Albemarle county Census for 1880 as follows"
John B. Perkins-Hotel Keeper b. abt. 1833
Lucy T.Pace-Housekeeper( cousin)
Susan White
Lucy White
Francis M. White( male)

on the1860 census for Fluvanna co,Virginia as follows:

John B. Perkins age 40
Langston Mosby age 90
Lucy T.Pace age 21
Elizabeth Hughes age 60

Other notes:
Henry Pace m. Susan Mosby had a daughter Elizabeth
who was married to a John White(see below)
White, Elizabeth(white female)d. 24 March 1862
of child birth,aged 32 yr.d/o of Henry & Susan Pace,
b. Fluv.,sp. of John M. White, John White, father-in-law
reptd.

Mosby,Lanston(white male) d.15 Mar 1862 of dropsy,
aged 94 yr,s/o of Benjamin & Elizabeth Mosby.
b.Henrico, elizabeth Hughes dau. reptd.
