I am descended of the Alanson Moseley line. The MOSELEY cemetery mentioned earlier is that of his family and it is located just west of the original Alanson Moseley homestead. I visited this cemetery on December 3rd, 2009 and took pictures of many of the headstones. Both Alanson and his wife, Sarah (Sally) are buried there. They are my great-great grandparents. The old home, built of logs around 1849, is still standing and appears to be occupied. Both the old home and the cemetery are located about two miles southwest of Rusk, TX.
