Hello again Colleen,
I don't have any definitive info on Jacob's sister Elizabeth. She is named in her father Adam's will, but no indication of a spouse is given, which is also true of most of her other sisters also named in the will.I did find this recently: William Buffenberger m. Elizabeth "Moses" (Moser is often transcribed as Moses, I've found) 5-29-1818 in Clark Co OH, the same county Adam and sons Jacob et al moved to about that same time.As to your question about a child of Jacob's named Indiana Moser, I have no evidence she ever existed. My GG grandfather George was their only child, or at least the only one who survived past infancy. After Jacob's wife Indiana Rush Tatman died in 1833, their son George was adopted by her brother Dr. LB Rush; apparently Jacob wasn't interested in or capable of raising a 2-yr old son (and 3 stepchildren). Greene Co OH court records are pretty clear that George was their only child.Dr Rush also adopted Indiana's other 3 children from her earlier marriage to Tatman.
Good luck in your searches.
Craig
