Reid - I was so excited to read your post about being desc from the goldsmyth. I have been trying to connect my Mossman,George, of Berwick Upon Tweed, died Mar 1771. His son, ARchibald was 6 wks old when George died. George's father, from the info I have, was John of Scremerston. My daughter and I firmly believe we are from John & James but have not been able to connect it. Could I impose on you to send me your lines so I can see if we connect? My greatest dream is to go back to Scotland, better prepared than I was the last time!! I am in Oklahoma, USA. I would appreciate your response. Andrea
