Hi David, thanks for your response. I have also got records going back to late 1500s thanks to my father - as far back as (John m Ann Haywood 1595).
The Christopher A that you refer to is my Grandfather! You will be pleased to know that his son Michael (my father) was an only child, so that leads straight into our tree.
I have summarised our direct tree as I have it (expanded to include the information obtained from my father) onto an Excel spreadsheet and I will email this to you at the address you gave so that you can compare notes.
You will also have my email address that way for future communication.
