Jon,

My father is also named Frank Mower, and so was my grandfather. My grandfather was born in 1899 in West Virginia, I'm not sure if we are related to your Mower line, the only location I know about mine is a West Virginia/Virginia connection. If any of this sounds familiar to you, please let me know by posting on this site.
