MOWER family of Maine - book from ebay

A MOWER family book was listed on ebay....the auction has now finished without selling the book. I have emailed the seller, who says she won't be re-listing on ebay right now, but still wants to sell the book, which was published in 1923. (I am in no way associated with the seller, the book, or ebay....just want to see such a wonderful treasure back in the hands of a family member).
The seller can be contacted at dasilva@bigpond.net.au , she is in New South Wales, Australia.
Here is the description that was on ebay:

"#Description
Mower Family History. A genealogical record of the Maine branch of this family together with other branches of the family tree. Compiled by Walter L. Mower. Published by The Southworth Press Maine, 1923. Hardcover without dustwrapper. 233 pages. Weight approx 800g.
Black and white photos of family members and the family coat of arms.
Blue paper boards with paper label to cloth spine. Title page split from frontispiece. Bookplate to front pastedown. Light tanning to endpapers. Contents clean and tight. Corners and spine bumped and rubbed. Slight fraying to top and base of spine. Section of rubbing to bottom of front board.
This is not a photocopy, this is the real deal! "

Hope this finds its way home :0)
