JAMES CREEK in Natchez & JACOBS mentioned in 1825 Will

The Will of my gggf Thomas JAMES (died 1825) mentions "another 200 acres about 2 miles east of Bopeer (Bayou Pierre), a grant in the name of Susannah JACOBS filed at Natchez, and 500 acres near the Susannah JACOBS grant toward the head of JAMES Creek in Natchez." Is there still a JAMES Creek in Natchez? If so, approximately where is it? Do the Susannah JACOBS grants sound familiar to any one? What could these grants have been for? Any information/suggestions appreciated. Thank you, Sara
