Looking for the birth and or death of twins. One known as a boy ( believe his name is or was Jeff ) the other baby I'm not sure about ( could be a girl ). They were the children of Thomas Jefferson Mullins & Alma ( Elma ) Norris Mullins. The only date I have on them is March 28, 1928 in Adams Co, Mississippi. If anyone can look up this date for me I would be deeply greatful. These children would have been my Uncle and or Aunt. Parents have pasted and no other info can be found.
