Ella Lynne Hill Mansel, 64, died May 12, 2008, at her home. She was a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church and a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and watching sports on T.V.
A memorial service were at the Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Burial was in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors included two sons, Jeff Mansel (Jenny) of Corinth and Keith Mansel (Ashley) of Biggersville; one daughter, Kristi Mansel Evetts of Corinth; three brothers, Wayne Hill (Janie) and Norman Hill of Etta, and Ronnie Hill (Amy) of Vandiver, Ala.; two sisters, Hazel Churchill of Pinedale and Ruth Breland of Etta; two half sisters, Rhonda Hill and Diane Hill, both of Georgia; nine grandchildren, Will Mansel, Katie Lowrance, Seth Mansel, Garret Mansel, Maddie Grace Essary, Bragg Hamlin, Grace Mansel, E.J. Donahue and John Robert Mansel; her stepmother, Rubye Wisenant of Brunswick, Ga.; a special niece, Annette Hill of Etta; a brother-in-law, James Mansel (Martha) of Corinth; a sister-in-law, Mary Nails of Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Mansel; her father, John Hill; her mother, Ruby Sappington Hill; a niece, Renita Churchill; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Daniel and Gracie Leeth Mansel; a brother-in-law, John Mansel; and a sister-in-law, Charlotte Mansel.
