Darlene Joyce Christophersen, 74, died June 4, 2008, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She was a physical therapy tech. She retired from Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, Calif., with 20 years of service. She later worked part time at Whitfield Nursing Home. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and enjoyed socializing, dancing and going to church activities.
Services were at St. James Catholic Church with a private family burial held at a later date. Magnolia Funeral Home of Corinth was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included her husband of 32 years, Marvin Bernard Christophersen of Corinth; one son, Steven Sprague of Corinth; one daughter, Ann Marie Cooper (David) of Rienzi; grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl H. Hildreth, and her mother, Stella Marie Harris Hildreth.
