Catherine D. Ginn, 92, died June 18, 2008, in Corinth. She was born Aug. 29, 1915, in Vicksburg. She moved to Corinth with her family at the age of 3. She was a retired homemaker and the former co-owner of Nu-Way Cleaners in Corinth. She was an active and oldest member of West Corinth Baptist Church, where she served in many areas of leadership.
Services were at West Corinth Baptist Church with the burial in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors included one son, Kerry Ginn (Joy) of Kossuth; one daughter, Kay Terascavage (Gene) of Corinth; grandchildren, Brant Ginn (Judy) of Weatherford, Texas, Greg Ginn, Clay Ginn (Gina), Patrick Ginn (Donnita) of Kossuth, John Terascavage of Delray Beach, Fla., and Catherine Terascavage of San Francisco; great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman K. Ginn; a brother, Beech O. Dickson; her parents, N.O. and Dora Ross Dickson; two grandchildren, Timothy Terascavage and Lance Ginn.
