Grace Bush, 94, died July 2, 2008, at the Whitfield Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 10, 1913, to Onies and Bessie Wardlow. She was a retired receptionist, working at several places for many years. She was a member of Foote Street Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school. She enjoyed cooking food for the sick.
Services were at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Henry Cemetery.
Survivors included one daughter, Linda Hopkins of Corinth; one son, Dr. Bobby Bush (Dr. Betty) of Henderson, Tenn.; one sister, Mildred Isom of Corinth; grandchildren, Kenny Bush (Cathy), Jennifer Fetters (Bob), Mike Hopkins (Vickie), Sherry Grisham (Donnie), Debbie McCarter (Tim) and Melanie Pierce; 17 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hurley Bush, and her parents.
