Sandra Kaye Burns, 49, died April 21, 2009, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born Aug. 18, 1959, in Savannah, Tenn. She worked in retail and was employed at Walmart and Goody’s. She was a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church.
Services were at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with burial in Wheeler Grove Cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home of Corinth was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included her husband of 24 years, Roger Burns of Rienzi; her mother, Barbara Easley of Savannah, Tenn.; her father and stepmother, Scott and Joyce Easley of Savannah, Tenn.; sons, Brad Burns (Faye) of Charlotte, N.C., James “Bubby” Garner (Megann) of Booneville and Will Burns of Rienzi; his grandson, Randall Brandon Garner; one brother, Sammy Easley (Sissy) of Savannah, Tenn.; two sisters, Shelia Cox (Butch) of Savannah, Tenn., and Scottina Young of Adamsville, Tenn.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
