We have a John P Pettypoole, Samul, and Caldwell Pettypoole who were in Madison County, Ala around 1809.. two of the Pettypoole children are buried at Mount Paran Campground Cemetery on Graveyard Hill in New Market, Al..(Al Historical Site)...could there be a connection..as many of the family left for South Al and to Nacadogches Tx in early 1840's??
