need death date for "John Germany SR" who was guardian of Mary [VARNELL] 1820's

I am looking for information on the "John Germany SR" whose son John JR married Mary [VARNELL] 1828 Wilkinson Co MS
Some old records spell the surname "Jermany".

I have been told that John Sr's will says he "disowned" John Jr for marrying Mary [Varnell]...? I want to get a copy of this will but I don't know when or where John Sr or his wife Elizabeth [unk] died but am pretty sure is was in Amite County.....

I strongly believe that John Jr is the John Germany born 1801 GA - died 31 Jan 1862 in Texas leaving only 3 heirs:
daughter Mrs Mary Ellen [Germany] HART born 1830 MS
daughter Mrs Nancy Louise [Germany] BAILEY born 1833 MS
2nd wife Elizabeth [unk]
