I really don't know mine. My last male died in 1833. I have been trying to ID possible children for Aaron Parker (~1770=1833) I now know there were at least 3 different group of Parker in MS before 1825 (when John Rhodes Parker came to Amite). Yours was Group 1 in Parker group, then there was group 7 that includes Isaac Parker, he married the family that lived next door to my Aaron Parker in 1814. Then there is the group that was in Wayne County MS by 1810 (these 3 sample are close to group 6). My Arron lives near by the Wayne County by 1819 when Covington was formed. Those that I think are sons seems to move to move as both group in MS did. Yours, group 1 stayed in Amite area. Wayne County group lived in area of Covington, Hinds, Jones, Jasper, etc. Group 7 lived in LA, Amite, Copiah, Hinds, etc. Now mine lived in Amite, Covington, Copiah, Neshoba, Newton, Smith, Jones, and Jasper. As of March 2009, there are 7 sample for Parker y-dna that have roots in MS and early LA. More sample would be need to truely help ID these family. Notify Administrator about this message?
