The 1850 census for the Eastern Div. Chickasaw Co., Mississippi (present day Clay County) has a listing for a P.R. Warren, Age 22, b. Tennessee, who works as a store clerk in an establishement owned by a William Sims, a native of Mississippi (Roll 369, Page 327). It is likely the store is located in the now extinct town of Palo Alto.

Mr Warren's wife is listed as Sarah A. Warren, age 17 and born in Georgia.

I would like to find out more about this couple, but they disappear completely by the time of the 1860 census and later.

I would appreciate any information on P.R. Warren or his family
