Richard Hodges is my anscestor, He is in the 1850 and 1860 census of Choctaw co. His first wife, Eliza and he are from S.C. Richard b:<1818>, Eliza b:<1817>. In the 1860 census he has remarried to Candida Wiltshire. Richard and Eliza had 3 boys: Joseph b:1845 Choctaw,MS.,William b:March 1847,Choctaw,MS.,John Sanford b:Sept. 1849,Choctaw,MS. John Sanford is my ggggrandfather. I can't find Joseph or William after 1860, nor can I find Richard. I have been wondering if the Richard Hodges b:1797 S.C. that is in Choctaw co.MS. 1850 and 1860, might be his father. Any help would be wonderfull.
