Roy, the Dallas Public Library has a copy of Early Records of Choctaw County, Mississippi, 1835-1850. Is there something specific I can check for you during my next visit there?

I too had ancestors there ca. 1832-1848: Jesse D. and Coshea PARKER plus about 12 children. Female children reportedly married: Abel HARDEN (in Tuscaloosa Co. AL), Laban PUGH (in Tuscaloosa Co. AL), Elijah EMBREY (Choctaw Co. MS), William THOMPSON (in Cherokee Co. TX), and -?- McCLAIN (in Cherokee Co. TX). Reportedly, Wiliiam F. PARKER mar. Louisa SATTERWHITE in Choctaw Co. MS.
