Jay,
Jim referred to the GREEN STOKER in Carroll Co. TN region and we know that an ALLEN STOKER ( son of Robert Stoker II and wife Sarah Elizabeth Allen ) had maried an ELIZABETH GREEN. Elizabeth Green has no data in my files, but we know that Allen Stoker's father ROBERT STOKER II and wife SARAH ELIZABETH ALLEN lived in Montgomery Co. NC and the STOKERS are out of AMELIA CO. VA to Montgomery Co. NC. Later we see that ALLEN STOKERS brother ROBERT STOKER, III had married Mary Margaret McGregor and they left NC and moved first to Warren Co. TN. Then they moved to Carroll Co. TN and lived next door to Basil Rogers my GG Grandfather who is also from Montgomery Co. NC.

With Allen Stoker having married an ELIZABETH GREEN and knowing that the AARON GREEN Sr. family of Carroll Co. TN are also from Montgomery Co. NC it might be Elizabeth Green Stoker named a son GREEN STOKER ? So that could be the one that Jim referred to in his posting to you.
So far I see no mention in my files of MS or Carroll Co. MS but we do know that the families of HUMPHREY B. ROGERS of ANSON CO. NC had left there and moved to Anderson Co. SC and then to TUSCALOOSA AL, and later his descendants are found in CARROLL CO. MS even today, so the migration from ANSON CO. NC through MS is including CARROLL CO. MS as well, with some of these families out of Anson and Montgomery Co's NC. I see no mention of any WILLIAMS famlies in the STOKER files I have but have not thoroughly researched them as much as other families who connect to my ROGERS.

INGRAMS in our lines of Beller were known to be in the family of WILLIAM W. INGRAM b. 1816 NC and wife MARTHA NICHOLS b. 1823 TN. Martha Nichols is dau. of DAVID NICHOLS b. 1788 Burke Co. NC and wife Elizabeth Walker who resided in HARDIN CO. TN where we think WILLIAM W. INGRAM may have married MARTHA NICHOLS. The closest family I can determine who could be family to WILLIAM W. INGRAM b. 1816 NC may be a NEEDHAM INGRAM of McNairy Co. TN. So far we cannot determine if that is Williams family, but the naming patterns are similar and we do know that this NEEDHAM INGRAM Sr. whom I recall may be buried in McNairy Co. TN with his wife NANCY KING. ( see files below and the WILLIAM INGRAM may not have died in 1854 as they think, for he is of age to be our WILLIAM W. INGRAM who md. MARTHA NICHOLS and later moved with her father DAVID NICHOLS to CARROLL CO. ARKANSAS - yet another CARROLL CO. ) :

Files by other listed following on Needham Ingram and family including son WILLIAM INGRAM whom they had no information on. HARDEMAN CO. TN and McNAIRY CO. TN are near each other as well as being near the TN/ MS border.
