Here's a place to start:

Alexander Carr, b Dec. 14, 1803 in Carrolton, SC. Married to S. B.? Had the following children that I know of:
Emma b Oct 2, 1852, died 1864 in Clarke Co., MS
Ada, b abt 1855, died after 1872
Sarah W., b May 15, 1861 and died 1864 in Clarke Co., MS

Alexander died in 1875 and his wife in 1873, both in Clarke Co., MS.

Your Margaret was born between 1840-1850?
