The town of Delta no longer exists. The old location would be on MS Highway 1 at the south end of Moon Lake, MS. Another town in proximity would be Friars Point, MS which is on the Mississippi River. You may be able to get information from the Mississippi Room at Carnegie Public Library, located in Clarksdale, MS.
