I'm looking for information about my ggrandfather, Thomas Jefferson Sutton. Thomas was the son of James Morris Sutton of Greenville, Washington Co., but fell out of sight right after the Civil War. His son, my grandfather was born in Clarksdale in 1890 to TJ's second wife, Fleta Avery. TJ died sometime around 1904 and is supposedly buried in the Loughbourough Plantation Cemetery in Winterville, Washington Co. I am searching here because this is where my grandfather was born and lived most of his life. Any information will be helpful and greatly appreciated.
