I'm seeking information on the family and ancestors of my ggrandmother, Fleta Avery who was married to Thomas Jefferson Sutton. Fleta was born in 1870 in Canton, Ms. and died in 1928 in Duncan, Ms. Census records indicate that TJ continued to live and work in Washington county. Incidental information; Fleta ran a boarding house for the Railroad in Clarksdale. If anyone has anything about this line of Averys, I would love to see it.
