Elizabeth;

I saw your messages about the Lunsford family in Coahoma Co. Ms and am hoping we can make a connection and you can give me some information about this family. On Sept. 18, 1845 JACOB lANSFORD (lUNSFORD) married my GGG grandmother
Mary Ann Daugherty in Floyd Co.Indiana. Mary Ann had a young son born July 1845 in New Athens, Floyd Co. In. His name was Samuel David. I next found them listed in the 1850 Federal ceusus, in Coahoma Co. Ms. In July 1854 Mary Ann was back in Owen Co.In. and married Samuel Easton. Some of the questions I have are:
1. Why was Jacob in In in 1845? Was there related Lunsford's in Indiana?
2. What happened to Jacob? Did he pass away? Is he buried in Ms?
3. Do you know if the James listed in the 1850 census was Jacob's father?
4. I would like some general information about this family.
Looking forward to hearing any thing you may know. Virginia Buck
