Coldwater- MYRA PERRY RIDDLE, 89, passed away July 11, 2008 at her home in Coldwater, MS. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 14 at Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Coldwater. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6-9pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Riddle was a retired U.S. Postal Service employee. She is the widow of Frank Riddle. She is survived by two daughters, Diane Turner and Myra Jean Geeslin both of Coldwater; a son, Franklin Edward Riddle of Memphis, TN; a brother, H.C. Perry of Mineola, TX; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Horn Lake - BERNHARD JOHN SAUER, 82, passed away Friday, July 11, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 on Monday evening. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. "BJ" or "Pops" by those who knew and loved him, leaves one son, Joseph (Linda) Sauer, of Horn Lake, MS; one daughter, Gina (JG) Ballard, of OK; one brother, Edward John Sauer, of WA; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
