Southaven - MARION BOYD MANNING, 58, died July 16, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto. Marion was the son of the late, Hubert & Lucille Manning. He is survived by his sisters, Betty Webb (Mike), Jean Killingsworth, Frances Wallace all of Southaven, Doris Burton (Larry) of Memphis, and Mary May of Senatobia; brothers, Kenny Manning (Marie) of Coldwater, Bob Manning (Brenda) of Horn Lake, and Bill Manning of Nesbit; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charlie Manning. Mr. Manning was a member of Horn Lake Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill South. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Forest Hill South Cemetery.


Olive Branch - KAREN E. McGEE, 56, died July 17, 2008. Fowler Funeral Home.


Arkabutla - GEORGE PETTIS, JR., 75, died July 16, 2008. Pate-Jones Funeral Home.


Senatobia - KYLE LEE ROBINSON, 46, passed away July 15, 2008 at his home in Senatobia. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 18 at Pate-Jones Funeral Home, with burial following in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Kyle attended The Hunters Chapel Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Shelley Robinson of Senatobia; two daughters, Amy Lofton (Brian) of Hernando and Bethany Robinson of Senatobia; four stepsons, Zack Keough, Tyler Keough, Brandon Keough and C.J. Keough, all of Senatobia; his mother, Louise Robinson of Senatobia; three sisters, Kim Watson (Barry) of Cordova, TN, Sherry Krotz of Georgia and Wendy Krotz of Senatobia; three brothers, Ray Albright of Horn Lake, Steve Albright and Rick Albright, both of Georgia. He also leaves a grandson, Keaton Lofton.


Senatobia - JOHN C. WILLIAMS, 80, passed away July 17, 2008 at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19 at Pate-Jones Funeral Home with burial following in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Williams was a member of the Hunters Chapel Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy B. Williams. He is survived by his wife, Jean Williams of Senatobia; two daughters, Vicki W. Ferguson and Carolyn W. Wright, both of Senatobia; a stepdaughter, Peggy Mothershed of Southaven; a stepson, Emmitt Williams of Senatobia; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
