Senatobia - WILLIE MAE BRADLEY BRUNT, 58, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 19, 2008 after a long battle with cancer. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 23 at Henderson Funeral Home in Hernando. Services will be at 12 noon Thursday, July 24 at St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church in Sardis, MS, off North Batesville exit. Willie Mae was preceded in death by her mother, Dora Henderson, father, Henry Bradley and granddaughter, Kimberly Bradley. She leaves to cherish her memory, Harry Brunt, Sr.; three sons, Andrew Leon Bradley, Harry Brunt Jr. and Clarence Carter Jr.; two daughters, Sherrie Bradley and Bernadette Balthazar Crawford (Carl), 13 brothers, three sisters, two aunts, two uncles, 15 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, special friends and other relatives.
Hernando - BILL HAZZARD, 71, retired business owner, died July 20, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 23 at Hernando Funeral Home. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 24 at Hernando Funeral Home, with a graveside service at 2 p.m. in North Cleveland Cemetery, Cleveland, MS. Mr. Hazzard was a member of Hernando United Methodist Church, Hernando Hills Country Club and Delta Area Senior Golf Association. He leaves his wife, Barbara Hazzard of Hernando; one son, Bill Hazzard of Frisco, TX; one sister, Bettye Ballard of Memphis, TN; one brother, Johnny Hazzard of Lake Park, GA; one grandson, Zachary Austin Hazzard of Frisco, TX and one aunt, Joan Bingham of Bartlett, TN.
