clubs in south hattiesburg in the late 1940s/1950s

I am trying to find out about a club where gambling took place and alcoholic beverages were sold in the late 1940s and early 1950s. It was located near where the Clover Leaf Mall is today and I believe it is supposed to still be standing, though I'm not sure how it's being used. Does anyone know of such a place and any information about it?
