I believe your subject's name is Josiah Rowan Haney b 22 Sept 1846 in Steetwater, Tennessee. Josiah married Sarah Ann Sanders b 8 Apr 1849 in Charleston SC. Parents are John Jackson Haney b abt 1824 TN and Keziah Rowan b 23 Mar 1819 in McMinn Co TN.
