"SouthEast Quarter of the NorthWest Quarter of Section 15 in Township 7 of Range 2 East in the District of Lands." This piece would be between Hamburg and Meadville.

"East Half of the SouthEast Quarter of Section 18 in Township 2 of Range 6 East"
There is no such place in Franklin County! If you transposed the numbers and it is actually Township 6 Range 2 East, then it is also between Hamburg and Meadville but directly south of Township 7 Range 2 East.
