Mary Howard Eubanks, born about 1829 in MS, is listed on the 1870 US Federal Census for Greene Co., MS in the household of Charles Eubanks. In the household next door is Lemuel Howard and his wife Sarah Roberts Howard. I believe that Lemuel and Mary were related, but I haven't been able to verify it. Mary also appears on the 1880 US Federal Census for Mobile Co., AL in the household of Charles Eubanks. She is listed as the wife of Charles in this census. It gives MS as the place of birth for Mary and both her parents. In 1884 Charles died. The last record that I have found of Mary H. Eubanks is when she appeared as the widow of Charles Eubanks to ask the Chancery Court to appoint an administrator for the estate of Charles Eubanks. I want to know who her parents were and what happened to Mary Howard Eubanks after the death of Charles Eubanks. Any help would be appreciated.
