Capshaws of Mississippi 1870s

I am trying to find a connection to my Capshaw line in Mississippi--specifically in Grenada County. My brick wall is W.W. Capshaw who married Sarah Gillon in 1876. I am trying to prove a connection between them and their daughter Cora Lee Capshaw who married James William Taylor in 1894. Cora's father W.W. (I do not know his full name) died around 1886. Sarah then married William A.J. Spears in 1887 in Grenada county, and then she died around 1890. At that time, according to family information, their daughter Cora went to live with her grandmother Mary Pollon. Mary's maiden name was Hill. Her first husband was Hugh Gillon, Jr. (father of William E. Gillon and Sarah Gillon Capshaw). Her second husband was Jess Shewmake (their children were Robert Shewmake and Georgia Shewmake Middleton). Her third husband was J.W. Pollon. I cannot find Cora with her parents on the 1880 census where they should be. Can anyone out there give me ANY suggestions or help? It would be MOST appreciated.
