Sheildsboro is the original name for Bay St. Louis, MS. Cedar Point is the area north of Hwy. 90 and east of Blue Meadow Road in Bay St. Louis. I would suggest you contact Mr. Gray at the Hancock County Historical Society. They do have a web site. Mr. Gray is a wonderful historian and an expert on the history of this area. The historical society is located next to the Court House in Bay St. Louis.
