william edward walker married jessie best in 1946, jessie was in biloxi visiting her daughter martha oville (best) labash, belived they lived on crawford st. was an apartment or rooming house. need information on william. at the time jessie was living in washington co fla. and by 1964 or so jessie was in pensacola fla and believe married to another husband a mr. williams. or not, not sure when mr. walker passed away.
