Site is: http://www.va.gov Select Burials and Cemeteries Select Nationwide gravesite locater in the drop down screen that appears, select Biloxi National Cemetery. Fill in the spaces as completely as possible at first. If no luck, try just filling in the last name. You will no doubt get a lot of hits for a name like Johnson, but you can look thru them for a matching birth and death date and perhaps recognize the name he went by. good luck.
