Thanks for the help Scottie!
My Carroll family is from Sampson Co., NC to Thomas Co.,GA to Anderson Co., TX.
The only connection I have to Hinds County is the Moore family of Alfred G. Moore, died April 1837. His death is recorded at the Palestine Baptist Church so I thought it would be logical he was buried there.
