The pasture that houses the graves of Zaccheus Aills (1800 - 1869), his wife Ann G Goode (1808 - 1849), and her father Thomas Goode (1781 - 1857) HAS BEEN SOLD. The new owner is a member of the same family that has owned the land since the late 19th century (since the Goodes)and is willing, Praise the Lord, to help us preserve the Cemetery. I told him that we would like to put up a fence, perhaps wrought iron?? Does anyone know the best way to preserve a cemetery? Does anyone want to help?? Let's brainstorm ideas. Remember there are no bad ideas at brainstorms. Note: if no one else wants to do it, I will still do it.
