Married: Maud Coker Thomas, b. Feb. 2, 1862 d. Dec. 28, 1938. Burial: Edwards Cemetery, Edwards, Hinds Co., MS

Children:

Sidney Thomas, burial: Edwards Cemetery, Edwards, Hinds Co., MS [headstone reads: son of S. E. & M. C. THOMAS]
b. Sep. 16, 1882 d. Jun. 8, 1886

Edward Coker Thomas, burial: Edwards Cemetery, Edwards, Hinds Co., MS [same stone as Sidney]
