I am attempting to make a connection with Hugh Allen Foster who married Winny Arnold in Caliborne Co. in 1822 and who was living in Holmes Co. in 1841. I believe I have located Winny (widowed?) on the 1855 Choctaw Nation census along with some of her children. I have seen postings on the internet that claim that Hugh was one of the sons of Moses Foster and Otemansea. This appears to be further confirmation for this.
