I am new to this Forum and also new to collecting family information. I am posting this information in hopes that someone here may have a connection or remember something they may have heard or seen along their own family history journey.

Edgar James Burrell was born in Holmes county, Mississippi in 1883. There he met his wife Willie Vienna Able, who was also from Holmes county. Edgar and Willie had six (6) children: Jenny Fay, Gladys, Mark, Ora Lee, James Houston, and Edgar Able.

Edgar & Willie lived in Holmes county until Edgar's death in 1915. He was laid to rest in Hollings Creek Baptist Cemetery,which is also in Holmes.

I am from the family line of Edgar Able son of Edgar James & Willie.

I am interested in finding family information before Edgar James and also any information from any of the other five (5) children from his and Willie's union.
