From the Holmes co. MS Deed Book "A", there are a couple of deeds relating to the family of a deceased Choctaw chief named Pushmataha. I am not related to this family and have no additional information, but this might be interesting to some researcher.
The first deed, dated January 3 1834, concerns Jamesachikako and Imaghoka, widows of Pushmataha, and Pushmataha's "only surviving heirs" Betsy MOORE, Martha MOORE, and Haschalahurtibbi (who's guardian is Rene LOGAN). The second deed is from Haschalahurtibbi "only surviving son of Pushmataha" where he grants land to Lunabaka, widow of Pushmataha, and her children (I'm not sure if Pushmataha had three wives, or if Imagokha, Lunabaka and Jamesachikako are the same person). The second deed is dated January 13 1834.
